LineVision wins Grid Edge Award at 26th Annual Platts Global Energy Awards

BOSTON, MA, 12/17/24 – LineVision, the world's leading provider of advanced line ratings, has been awarded the Grid Edge Award at the S&P Global Commodity Insights' 26th Annual Platts Global Energy Awards. Described as the “Oscars of Energy,” the Platts Global Energy Awards recognize corporate and individual leadership, innovation and performance. 

The Grid Edge Award recognizes innovation in electrification and applicable commercial efforts to increase power supply and energy efficiency amid rising demand on the electric grid. Throughout 2024, LineVision engaged in partnerships with a number of utility companies to deploy LineVision’s Dynamic Line Rating (DLR) technology, which has included projects with National Grid New York and AES. LineVision has also emerged as a thought leader on the need for Grid-Enhancing Technologies (GETs) in both business and policy spheres.
